Notario Público - Specially qualified and selected Attorneys that
are exclusively able to record matters of Public
Record in Mexico.
Perito - A licensed
or specially certified expert in a given field
Poliza - A policy
(such as an insurance policy)
Predial - Property
Tax
Prima - Premium
paid for insurance coverage
Registro Público - Public registry for land records
Zona Restringida - The "Restricted Zone"
